Joshua Is 1 Year Old!

I can't believe it but one year ago today at 5 am Joshua was born! A child's first birthday is always something special but I can't help but think that Joshua's birthday is extra special given what kind of year he has had. I still can't believe how well he is doing despite all of the challenges he has faced. He is such a strong little boy!

We had a little birthday party for him on the weekend which went quite well. There was a lot of people crammed into our small space and Josh wasn't too keen on the extra noise and rowdiness, but he handled it a lot better than I thought he would. He is a trooper after all.

So I just wanted to take a moment and say......
